Q. Are Soul Stretch classes suitable for yoga newbies?
A. YES! For yoga virgins, the voice inside your head generally goes something along the lines of; ‘I’m not flexible... I don’t have the strength... People will laugh at me... I'm going to embarrass myself...' so you leave yoga for another day. Guess what? You don’t have to be flexible to practice yoga! Your physical strength will develop over time, alongside your mental strength. In the nicest possible way, no one cares about what you’re doing on your mat. Come face it and embrace it - Soul Stretch is a judgment-free zone!
Q. What about mums?
A. If you’re pregnant, Soul Stretch classes may well be too dynamic for you, especially in your first trimester. If you've had a long term yoga practice, you're welcome to come and see how you get along, but check in with your medical professional first. Please be very mindful of yourself and your body, and let us know you're pregnant!

q. What’s the cost?
A. Your first class is completely FREE - yay! Then if you think Soul Stretch is the right fit for you, we’ll have chat afterwards to discuss membership options going forward.
q.Where are classes held?
A. Studio 28 (1st floor), Eurolink Centre, 49 Effra Road, Brixton, SW2 1BZ (dial 028 to access building!) 5 min walk from Brixton station.

Q. What should I wear, and what should I bring?
A. All you need is some comfortable clothing that you can move in and a bottle of water. Sometimes a towel is nice, if you're prone to getting a sweat on! If you've got a mat you're attached to, bring it along, but if you're a newbie to the yoga world we have mats you can borrow.

A. For your first free class, head to the HOME page, click on the CLAIM YOUR FREE CLASS button and book yourself on! If it turns out you can no longer make the class, please feel free to rebook following the link you'll receive via email, or email Holly on email@example.com to let us know you'd like to cancel - as you can appreciate, there is limited spacing and we want to ensure everyone gets a chance to come along!
